Adrian and his team transformed a dilapidated annex to provide new self-contained accommodation for the family's visitors and friends. They started from scratch removing everything within the building, including kitchen, bathroom suite, walls and windows. A new Worcester boiler was installed to provide the accommodation with hot water and central heating. The bathroom was next. A new drainage system was implemented outside and a new shower suite installed in the annex. A couple of interior walls were rebuilt in new locations to reshape the inside footprint to accommodate a new kitchen. Electrics were added and all the walls and ceilings plastered. Central heating and new UPVC windows were then installed. With added insulation in the loft and a good paint and decoration, the job was complete.
